Hi everyone,

Today I would like to share a life lesson with you. What I learned in the past few days is that perseverence and listening to your intuition can get you far. I listened to my intuition telling me to do something without questioning if it right or wrong. You see, I heard a small voice telling me to take an action, the voice told me just try because you never know. I decided to listen to that voice and I succeeded. Many times, we have this little voice telling us to do something and often the other voice called the ego comes in and tells us well it is not realistic, you cannot do it. This when you have to sit with yourself and decide how you really feel about the action or decision you are about to take in order to decide if you are going to take the action or not.

What do you do when you are unable to decide because you are torn between two different things?

What has worked for me is that I just decided to listen to my feelings. If it feels right, than it is right. When I have doubts and fear, than it probably not the right thing to do. When I have doubts, it is probably wiser not to take any action.

Listening to my intuition always helped me make decisions and the right ones.

Have a wonderful day,

Galit.

Hi everyone,

Just want to inform you that in addition to being a coach, I am also an experienced English teacher. I have a degree in TESL and another one in English Literature. I currently have an English course for people who want to practice their English skills. You know how important it is to practice your English speaking skills in addition to work and school hours. But you know that most of the time we can't find people who want to practice the language with us. I know how you feel I have been there. It is very difficult to learn a new language as an adult and extra practice can help tremendously. Well in this course you will get this extra practice. You are going to have people to practice with, an experienced instructor to guide and correct you, answer your questions and encourage you through your learning. If you want to learn more, go to the English course area in the website home page on the top, where you can have more information. Better, if you know someone who needs this service, please let him or her know. I will be glad to help.

Galit.

Sometimes we have to go through emotional pain in order to heal. Sometimes we come across new information we have become aware of that triggers a painful old weed that has been sitting in the back of our mind for a long time. When we discover it, it hurts us very much. We think that pain is bad for us because we feel so bad, Sometimes, this is part of healing. We have to pass through that stage in order to be able to move forward and make a positive change in our lives. Therfore, this week learn to welcome this pain as a friend that comes to visit for a while and than leaves. Emotional pain in most case is only temporary.
